DRONES
Drones are prohibited at the event—without exception.
WHO QUALIFIES
- ↗ Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- ↗ You must be on assignment for an accredited publication, media outlet or approved company.
- ↗ Freelancers must be named in an editor’s assignment letter.
- ↗ Marketing representatives qualify only when working a legitimate editorial assignment.
WHAT TO SUBMIT
- ↗ Complete and accurate applicant and media-outlet information.
- ↗ A PDF assignment letter from the publication or outlet.
- ↗ Proof of the required $1M liability insurance coverage.
- ↗ Your requested role: photographer, videographer, writer or on-camera talent.
TRACK ACCESS
- ↗ Stay a safe distance from the course and obey every relocation request.
- ↗ No access in jump landing zones or areas without a clear view of approaching riders.
- ↗ Clear the start area once the moto board is displayed.
- ↗ Never block officials, workers, television cameras or sponsor signage.
- ↗ No signaling, cheering or outside assistance from the infield.
PHOTO + VIDEO
- ↗ Credentials must be visible and are never transferable.
- ↗ Filming, broadcasting and race coverage require express written permission.
- ↗ All media must follow event staff instructions and remain within approved access areas.
